Event Center
Next door to our thrift store is our new Event Center - a 2400 square foot space that is available for rent for your special events.
Our basic suggested donation is $50 per hour with a refundable $50 cleaning deposit. We prorate that if you need part of an hour. (Example: 1.5 hours is $75.)
It's a great place for birthday parties, family reunions, graduation parties, craft classes, church meetings, team events, small weddings and more.
Our capacity is 150 sitting in rows or about 100 sittings at tables.
Stuff you get FREE when you rent the space:
Kitchenette with double sink, fridge, microwave, cleaning supplies; trash cans, bags and disposal; kids room for little ones to play.
There are lots of extra add-on possibilities for a small extra charge:
Video projector, Big TV access, bounce house for small kids, paper plates/bowls/utensils, banquet tables, fancy wood folding chairs (up to 50), catering if needed, roasters, crock pots, popcorn popper, electric soup kettle, pizza oven, pannini sandwich presses, and more. Just let us know your vision and we'll see what we can do to make it work.
We want this space to be a blessing to the whole city! We're going to be have open events as well - karaoke night, open mic, spiritual warfare conferences, addiction recover meetings and much more. We want it to be here to be a help to as many as possible. The pricing will never be enough to recover all our costs, but we hope it can make a difference to many.
If your vision include a regular monthly or weekly event on a particular time slot, just let us know and we'll see what we can do to schedule that work out pricing.
